Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake

Good Morning sweet friends, Did you all have a great New Year? I sure did, we kept it pretty low key this year. I made dinner at home and we watched movies and just relaxed. Honestly after the craziness of the holidays this year it was so nice to just be home and be a little lazy!

New years day we woke up and had brunch at home. I tried out this new recipe and it was
AH-MA-ZING! Definitely a new favorite that I will keep in my recipe book.

Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake:

2 Cinnamon rolls in the pop open containers (I used Pillsbury)

6 Eggs

1/2 Cup Milk

2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Tsp Cinnamon

1 Cup Maple Syrup

3 Tsp Melted butter

1. First Step is to open the cinnamon rolls and cut them into smaller pieces also this is the best time to set the frosting cans that come in the container aside. (we will save those for later!)

2. Melt the butter and pour into the baking dish, then place your cut up cinnamon rolls into the dish. make sure the bottom of the pan is completely covered.

3. In a large mixing bowl wisk togther the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Then pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.

4. Lastly pour 1 cup of maple syrup on top and place it in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

4. Once its done take it out of the oven and drizzle the frosting from the cinnamon rolls you set aside earlier over top.

5. Lastly Enjoy!!!

Seriously you guys this is so good. Not healthy at all but so so soooooo good! I highly recommend it. It would also be great to make if you need to feed a crowd!
